intelligence is transforming the organization of work, occupational profiles, and productivity dynamics. In Latin America and the Caribbean, these changes are occurring in contexts of high informality, skills gaps, productive heterogeneity, and unequal institutional capacities. Without anticipatory and coordinated policies, AI can deepen existing inequalities, create mismatches between labor supply and demand, and limit the leveraging of its benefits for
