The study tour Digital Economy and Regulatory Innovation: Lessons from Germany for Latin America and the Caribbean, organized by ECLAC through its Digital Transformation Lab (DLAB) in partnership with the German development cooperation (GIZ), provided a space for direct exchange with research centers, regulatory agencies, and academic institutions, with the aim of translating these experiences into concrete lessons for policymaking in the region.
