Organized by ECLAC, through the Digital Transformation Lab, together with German Cooperation (GIZ) and the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU), the event provided first-hand insight into the Regulatory Environment Sandbox Maturity Assessment (RESMA), a tool designed to assess a country’s readiness to launch initiatives of this kind, as well as the project’s scope and the opportunities it offers to support Caribbean countries in developing their regulatory experimentation agendas.
